Volunteers
The core volunteer group of HNDCT steers the Trust on its chosen path of social work at Unnao. In appreciation of their valuable efforts and contribution and also as a token of encouragement, HNDCT tries to reward the volunteers in various forms, including financial compensation that supports their educational expenses or other basic needs. It is done not just as a generous gesture, but as a part of HNDCT's policy. The Trust also encourages and supports them to identify suitable long-term career opportunities.
